Job Description:

As the Chief Financial Officer this is the highest ranking financially-oriented position within a company as they sit with the other company executives within the company. The positions responsibilities include the overall financial situation of the company and the entire range of financial activity the company is involved in. They formulate and recommend policies on banking, receipt and disbursements of funds, extensions of credit, and fiscal and accounting matters. Ultimately this position acquires and manages the capital and assets of the company.
