Senior: This person organizes all of the information provided by audit staff for analysis and reports. They are responsible for accuracy of all information audited; and they supervise and manage the internal staff activities on a day-to-day basis.
Manager: As a manager they also supervises the internal auditors as they perform the operational and financial audits; they create and assemble the information in standard formats for analysis; reports on deviations from established norms in procedures and practices within the company and recommends improvements in operations and financial positioning of the company.
Internal Staff: They conducts internal audits and reviews of the financial and operational procedures within the company so that management may review the policies of purchasing, production control, inventory, and accounting procedures |
